5. How I Share Your Information

I don’t sell your personal data. I may share it with trusted third-party service providers who help me operate my business, including:

  • Squarespace — to host this website

  • Stripe — to process invoiced payments

  • Zelle — used for payment with select clients, at their preference

  • Gmail — to communicate with you by email

  • Google Drive — occasionally, to share directions, instructions, or style guides related to your project

  • Dropbox — for the small number of clients who work through that platform; it is not a service I choose or provide directly, and files are typically shared at the client’s request

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Data Security

I’ve put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed.

7. Data Retention

I’ll only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Client project files are retained for 5 years after our working relationship ends, after which they may be deleted.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data, and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent.
